I am an interdisciplinary PhD student under Miguel Nacenta at UVic Computer Science and Evert Lindquist at UVic School of Public Administration. As a former bureaucrat turned software developer, I’m very interested in the (surprising number of) places where these disciplines overlap, and how empowering public policy analysts with computational tools could change how policy is made.

Outside of school, I am a staff Technical Program Manager at TELUS Digital, conceptualizing and driving multiyear technology initiatives.

In my free time I love to cycle and listen to music. I’m also a hobbyist game developer.
