Sonification refers to the process of turning data into sounds or audio, as opposed to visualization turning data into visuals. In this project, we aim to construct a mini “Tableau” not just for visualization but also for sonification, with interactivity allowing users to rapidly experiment with sound design. The current progress of this project has been published here: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.7243950 and you can view the presentation by Yichun Zhao here: https://youtu.be/M2WTP3QCHe0

- interested in learning new technology like Unity3D and ChucK, a programming language for audio generation *interested in publishing in top venue in the field of sonification
Activities
